Payments and Fraud Analyst at Mayflower 🔥

We are looking for a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our Finance and Risk team. You’ll help prevent fraud, handle chargebacks, and support customers with payment issues across our global entertainment products.

You will:
• Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious user activity.
• Handle and review chargebacks, including preparing evidence to dispute them.
• Support customers with payment and fraud-related issues.
• Assist the Finance and Risk Department.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of our 24/7 operations.

You have:
• 2+ years of experience in a fraud-related role or a similar position.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail.

We would be highly interested in people with:
• 1+ year of experience in online customer support, banking, financial services, or online payments.
• An interest in online businesses, payments, and fraud prevention.
• Motivation to learn and grow within the company.
• Additional language skills.
