🚀 Andersen Lab is hiring: Oracle ERP Implementation Lead
Location: EU countries, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan.
English level: B2.
Employment: full-time.
Work format: remote / hybrid/ on-site.

🌍 About the project
We’re delivering enterprise ERP transformation projects for international clients, covering the full lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.

🛠 Key responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite implementations
• Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live phases
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and change requests across projects
• Define and govern delivery methodology (AIM, OUM, Agile/hybrid)
• Act as primary client-facing lead at executive level
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Oracle functional specifications
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Support pre-sales activities (RFPs, estimates, presentations)
• Ensure documentation and delivery consistency across all phases
• Drive upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
• Stay aligned with Oracle roadmap (Fusion Cloud, NetSuite)

📌 Requirements
• 5+ years experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud ERP and/or NetSuite)
• Strong background in end-to-end ERP implementation
• Experience with enterprise delivery methodologies (AIM, OUM, Agile/hybrid)
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading distributed teams
