mobile, and API testing.
- Successfully performed the role of Lead QA Manual at my previous company and in a
startup environment, leading and mentoring multiple Junior and Middle QA Engineers,
improving their skills, productivity, and overall QA process maturity.
- Built and implemented a structured QA onboarding and growth framework, helping
new team members integrate faster and improving overall team competency.

- Manual Testing: web, mobile, API;
strong test design skills (all major
techniques).

- QA Processes: deep understanding of
SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle;
experience with test documentation
(test cases, plans, checklists, bug
reports).

- Jira, TestRail, Charles, Postman,
Swagger, Jenkins;
- MySQL and MongoDB (basic
querying), HTML/CSS fundamentals.
