Lead QA Engineer with VoIP/SIP stack
We are looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer with VoIP/SIP stack to join us in the development of a Net2Phone UCaaS platform.
 
What you will be doing:
Be a member of a SCRUM team with all related artefacts.
Write test cases with detailed steps in TestRail.
Automate new test cases, extend and maintain existing cases in different integration areas.
Integrate Automated testing within CI for all deployment tasks.
Take part in building automation for calling functionality.
Solve a complex task which make automation-as-a-tool and orchestrate different layers into one quality gateway
Build and execute deployments in Jenkins for all environments.
Communicate and escalate product quality issues.


We use next technologies in our work:
Default is Java 11/17. Junit5, TestNG, Gradle and other cool stuff Work with real calls automation SIP Load framework with real traffic emulation Jenkins as a CI/CD system. Jira for project management and bug tracking. TMS is TestRail.
We expect you to have:
Must-have: 5+ years of total experience in QA Automation with a strong focus on Backend & API testing. 2+ years of hands-on experience in VoIP / SIP protocol testing (call flow automation, media stream verification, WebRTC, or telecom load tools). Strong Java expertise (Java 11/17) and proficiency with test frameworks (JUnit5, TestNG, Gradle). Upper-Intermediate ( B2 ) English level or higher (both written and spoken). Hands-on experience with API & Microservices automation (REST, JSON, gRPC). Hands-on experience in VoIP/SIP testing, call initiation analysis, and call debugging using specialized monitoring and tracing tools (e.g., CPTool, Hepic) and Linux command line. Nice-to-have: Experience with Load & Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, SIPp). Experience with Docker and containerized test environments. Familiarity with mock services and stubs (e.g., WireMock). Practical usage of TestRail for test coverage management and reporting.
