𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 is focused on developing a high-performance, scalable distributed platform that supports complex business operations and rapid product growth.

👨‍💼 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬:
- Go development experience for 5+ years.
- Experience with specifically in a 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 2+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬.
- Higher education in Computer Science (software development, etc.).
- Extensive experience working with AI and the process of implementing/configuring it within a team.
- Experience of working in fintech, banking domains, and working with complex integrations.
- Golang (design of scalable, distributed backend systems).
- Concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- System design for high performance and maintainability.
- CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Level of English – from Advanced and above.

👨‍💼 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬:
- Experience in insurance domain.
