We are looking for a skilled Game Designer with a successful experience 3+ years of gaming background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and maintaining balanced game economies and systems, ensuring a fair, engaging, and rewarding experience for players.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive economic models for in-game economies, including currency, resources, and progression systems.
- Analyze and iterate on economic models to ensure balanced and engaging gameplay.
- Collaborate with other game designers, artists, and developers to integrate economic systems seamlessly into the overall game design.
- Conduct extensive research on current trends and best practices in game economics and balance.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in economic modeling and game balancing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Passion for game design and a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience with data analytics and using data to drive design decisions.
