We’re looking for an early-career game designer 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐕𝐏 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬, focusing on competitive mechanics, balance, progression systems, and player interaction, and who is eager to grow within a product-driven team while gaining hands-on production experience.

𝐙𝐢𝐌𝐀𝐃 is an international mobile game developer and publisher headquartered in the US. We create and operate puzzle, board, and card games, continuously experimenting with formats and scaling our products — including expanding into web — to build a seamless cross-platform experience for players.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭:
- understanding and designing mechanics for board and PVP games;
- learning from data, testing hypotheses, and working with player feedback;
- paying close attention to balance, rules, and overall user experience.
