I'm looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Administrator with 3+ years of background in technical support and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd-line support, manage device lifecycles and hardware fleets, handle seamless onboarding/offboarding, and oversee IAM (MFA/least-privilege). You will also administer Google Workspace, Slack, and the corporate VoIP system while maintaining strong endpoint security protocols (patching, EDR, backups, VPNs).

Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT support/administration with at least 1 year owning systems end-to-end, plus strong expertise in Google Workspace.
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus, as this is an on-site role.
