Investor Relations Manager

We’re hiring an Investor Relations Manager to help women founders get more funding. Only a small share of venture money goes to women-founded startups in emerging markets. At Aurora Tech Award, we are bringing them more capital. We give equity-free awards, connect founders with VCs, and invest directly (Aurora Ventures). Some of our current partners: ALIVE Ventures, Cube Ventures VC Firm, LUCHA, Investress, and Ewa Capital. For our 2026 award, 3,400 founders from 127 countries applied. Next year, we’ll go deeper in Africa, LatAm, and Central Eurasia, while continuing our work in MENA and APAC. You’ll select relevant investors, onboard them to evaluate applications, invite them to our Demo Days, and grow these relationships. The goal is to help our founders match with the right VCs.
