About the role
Target Global is an international investment firm with $3B+ in assets under management and a portfolio of 120 high-growth companies.

They are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to support a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional organization across the UK, Cyprus, Germany and Israel. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership of HR operations.

Responsibilities
— Own the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries.
— Manage HRIS, including BambooHR, and maintain accurate employee data.
— Coordinate payroll administration and statutory filings across entities.
— Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits and employment documentation.
— Coordinate compensation and annual performance review cycles.
— Develop and maintain HR policies in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
— Manage external legal, immigration, payroll and insurance providers.
— Partner with Accounting, Legal, Compliance and IT on HR operations.

Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Management or a related role.
— Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment preferred.
— Knowledge of Cyprus and UK employment legislation and ability to coordinate jurisdiction-specific matters.
— Experience working with external legal, immigration and compliance advisors.
— Hands-on experience with HRIS such as BambooHR.
— Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple workstreams.
— Excellent English; Greek and/or German is a plus.
