CrazyLabs, a leading publisher of casual and hybrid-casual mobile games with over 8 billion downloads, is looking for an HR Operations Lead to own its HR technology stack, automate HR processes using AI, and manage global HR operations.

What you’ll do:

— Own the HRIS and HR technology stack, including configuration, optimisation, and integrations
— Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, leave, and offboarding
— Build AI-powered workflows to automate manual HR processes
— Oversee global HR operations, including payroll coordination, performance and salary reviews, bonuses, EOR, and contractor administration
— Develop people analytics dashboards to provide HR and leadership with real-time insights
— Identify opportunities to improve and scale HR processes through automation and dedicated systems
— Partner with HR teams and managers across the company

What they’re looking for:

— 4+ years of HR Operations experience, ideally in a global technology or gaming company
— 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience
— Proven experience improving HR processes through HR systems and technology
— Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
— Strong understanding of how AI can transform HR operations
— Knowledge of international employment arrangements, including EOR platforms such as Deel or Remote
— Strong analytical and people data skills
— Ability to independently manage projects with attention to detail and confidentiality
— Fluent written and spoken English
