Head of Software Engineering

McLaren is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for a Head of Software Engineering to help us build the technology that enables an unrivalled client journey. Leading the engineering capability across our client-facing digital platforms, you’ll shape everything from the website and configurator to the owner app and wider digital ecosystem. The role has real influence: setting the technical direction, raising engineering standards and building the internal capability to turn some seriously ambitious ideas into exceptional digital experiences. It’s a pivotal opportunity to shape what comes next for McLaren. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, take a look.
