Head of Product

Intch is looking for a Head of Product, and we’re helping them find the right person. Intch, Inc is a professional network where senior specialists find part-time contracts alongside their main job. It works in 140 countries and up to 20 languages, with fewer than 40 people on the team. The B2C product already makes tens of millions of dollars a year and grows 3x year over year. There’s no CPO at Intch. Every product owner reports to the CEO, and this role takes the B2C vertical over from the founder. You’d own it end to end: growth, acquisition, the link with the B2B products, and the P&L. It’s the most senior product role in the company. Remote, anywhere between Portugal and Kazakhstan time zones. Fluent Russian is required.
