Head of Content

I’m looking for a Head of Content to join Dermorepubliq. We’ve grown quickly, and at this stage, I’m not looking for someone who simply knows how to make good-looking content. I’m looking for someone who understands how to build a content engine. Someone who can take a brand strategy or product idea and turn it into content people actually want to watch, engage with, remember—and eventually buy from. You’ll lead our content organization across: • Social and short-form content • TikTok and platform-native storytelling • Campaign creative direction • Performance and conversion content • Brand storytelling • Creative strategy and experimentation You’ll also lead our Creative Director, creators, designers and other creative talent, while working closely with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Affiliate & KOL, and Sales. We have 100+ SKUs across skincare, body care and wellness, with more categories coming. We’re building toward becoming the #1 skincare brand in the Philippines, so this is not a role for someone who wants to maintain what already exists. I want someone who wants to build. You should understand the difference between content that looks good and content that works. You should be comfortable using data without allowing data to kill creativity. And you should know how to build a team that can produce consistently without sacrificing quality. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone with taste, curiosity, strong judgment and a deep understanding of how people consume content today.
