Graphic Designer

We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and Employer Brand teams on an ongoing basis.

Load: ~20–30 hrs/month, flexible.
Tasks: presentations and decks, social media and campaign graphics, employer branding and internal comms materials, landing-page assets, print and merch.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in graphic/marketing design, versatile portfolio (decks, social, web, print).
- Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent.
- Ability to work within an established brand with loosely defined guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and independence: estimates, deadlines, clarifying briefs.
- Practical experience with AI tools in design.
- English B1–B2.
