🌏 Work Format: full-time, remote (fully remote position, but we’re only considering candidates based in Georgia, Belarus or Poland at this time)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Build: Develop high-performance gRPC and REST APIs for core services.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive microservices from requirements and architecture to deployment and production support.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
- Best Practices: Code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and full observability (tracing, logging, metrics).

💡 What you bring to the team:
- 6+ years of backend experience, with 3+ years of Go/Golang in production.
- Proven track record with gRPC / REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps workflows.
- Familiarity with and message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
