About the company

JDE Peet’s is a global coffee company operating in more than 100 markets, with over 21,000 employees worldwide. The company is looking for a Global Talent Manager & HQ Talent Partner to combine enterprise-wide talent management with strategic partnership for Global Functions and HQ leadership.

Responsibilities:
— Own the design, governance and continuous improvement of global talent management processes
— Lead annual talent reviews, leadership assessments, succession planning and talent segmentation
— Align talent frameworks with business strategy and organizational priorities
— Support the integration of talent management processes across different parts of the organization
— Partner with HR Technology to improve talent management systems, reporting and user experience
— Act as a strategic talent partner to Global HRBPs and HQ leadership
— Lead talent reviews and calibration processes across HQ functions
— Advise leaders on high-potential development, succession risks and leadership pipelines
— Support the implementation of global learning and development initiatives

Requirements:
— 8–12+ years of talent management experience in regional or global roles within multinational organizations
— Experience implementing enterprise-wide talent management processes and facilitating global talent reviews
— Strong understanding of succession planning, leadership development and talent assessment
— Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
— Strong business acumen and ability to align talent management with organizational strategy
— Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
