AppQuantum is hiring a Game Economy Designer / Balancer (Senior) 🎮

We’re looking for an experienced economy-focused game designer to join an idle simulation / clicker game currently in soft launch.

This is a rare challenge and opportunity: you’ll be able to rebuild the game economy almost from scratch, rethink balance and progression, and lay a solid foundation for scalable, predictable product growth with direct impact on key metrics.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

- Strong hands-on experience in game economy design and balancing
- Real practical work with tables, formulas, and progression systems (not just theory)
- Ability to ensure sustainable metric growth and long-term economy stability
- Background in idle / tycoon or structurally similar genres (strong plus)
