We’re looking for a Game Designer with 2+ years of commercial experience in slot games who can contribute to the full game development cycle — from the initial concept and mechanics to evaluating the final product and identifying opportunities for further improvement.

🔹 What you’ll do
• Develop game concepts and mechanics for new and existing games, including round structure, symbols, bonus mechanics, and additional game features, while considering both player experience and business goals.
• Research and select visual and audio references to define the overall direction of the game.
• Create and maintain GDDs (Game Design Documents), describing game mechanics, logic, visual style, animations, game states, and key product elements.
• Prepare mockups, documentation, and presentation materials for game concepts for the team and internal stakeholders.
• Align GDDs with developers, designers, and other project participants, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
• Translate game concepts into clear tasks and requirements for the production team.
• Create and maintain structured asset lists, including art, sound, effects, animations, and other game elements.
• Define the logic, interactions, and sequencing of assets depending on in-game conditions and events.
• Provide feedback on the visual part of the game and ensure that the final result stays aligned with the original concept.
• Evaluate the quality of completed game components and the final product, both from the internal team and external vendors.
• Analyze game metrics and player behavior, identify areas for improvement, and suggest changes to mechanics and user experience.

🔹 What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of recent commercial experience in slot game development.
• Hands-on experience designing game mechanics, bonus features, and gameplay scenarios.
• Good understanding of slot mathematics and game balance principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining GDDs.
• Ability to work with the visual side of the product and provide constructive art feedback.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of product and game metrics.
• Good understanding of player behavior and the principles behind creating engaging gameplay experiences.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers, artists, animators, and other members of the production team.
