Game Designer/Product Owner

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in game design, product ownership, or a similar role in game development
- Strong ability to break down product ideas into clear, structured tasks for development teams
- Deep understanding of game products and what makes them successful in the market
- Passion for the gaming industry, including products, competitors, and player trends
- A strong drive to design exceptional game experiences that can compete with top titles in the industry
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to balance creativity with structure, priorities, and delivery needs
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to push the quality and potential of the product
- Strong understanding of how to guide teams toward efficient ways of working and smart prioritization
- Ability to think both at team level and from a broader product or studio perspective
- Experience in the iGaming or broader games industry is a strong plus
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
