We’re building a technology-driven company operating in crypto markets, with a focus on proprietary trading and market making. This is an early-stage opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape the product and engineering culture.

Applicants must be based in Europe or Asia.

Responsibilities:

- Build a new platform from the ground up
- Make foundational architectural and technical decisions
- Own significant parts of the product and infrastructure
- Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production systems
- Help shape the engineering culture and team as the company grows
- Grow alongside the company as it scales

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Solana / crypto
- Professional experience with Rust
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Ability to work independently and make pragmatic architectural decisions
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment
