Born from research at Columbia and Yale, CertiK is the largest Web3 security platform, providing smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance solutions for projects and institutions in the digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records to ensure data integrity across ledgers and reporting systems
- Perform detailed weekly and monthly reconciliations (bank, revenue, crypto balances) and investigate variances
- Assist with pre- and post-close preparation to support month-end close processes
- Support financial modeling, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Streamline reporting workflows and automate routine reconciliation tasks using scripts and tools
- Proactively identify and resolve process gaps, discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies
- Support year-end audit and tax reporting and complete ad hoc tasks from management and investors

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, accounting, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals)
- Minimum GPA of 3.6
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with financial process automation
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated, able to take ownership and work with minimal supervision
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
