Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform

We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform, looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own our financial operations end to end. https://cs2skin.com/

Applicants based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder.

Responsibilities:

- Full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including revenue and balances across multiple currencies
- Reconciliation across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Treasury oversight across crypto and fiat holdings
- Building out financial controls and reporting infrastructure as we scale

Requirements:

- Real experience with crypto treasury operations and reading on-chain transactions
- Experience with custody platforms like Fireblocks and OTC/exchange conversion flows
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment

Nice to have:

- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments
