Описание

At RobCo, we radically rethink how products are made. Manufacturing today is still largely defined by manual, repetitive work. We are here to change that.
Our modular, software defined robotic solutions bring automation to industrial companies, from mid-sized champions to global enterprises. By making adaptable automation accessible, we are driving efficiency, resilience and long-term competitiveness where it matters most.
We are building Physical AI for the real world. Technology that transforms entire industries through autonomy, modularity and deep software integration. But it is the people who make all of this possible. We are looking for curious minds, driven builders and bold thinkers who want to challenge how things have always been done.
If that's you, join us and help us;
“Automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary.”
RobCo was born from curiosity, ingenuity, and a simple but bold idea: robotics should be accessible to every industrial company. In 2020, Roman Hölzl, Paul Maroldt and Constantin Dresel came together at the Chair of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with a shared vision. They wanted to rethink how automation is built and deployed on the factory floor. Frustrated by the rigidity, complexity and high costs of traditional robotic systems, they set out to create something fundamentally different. Autonomous industrial robotics centered on software and AI that makes automation adaptive, scalable and easy to implement without specialist expertise. From this idea, RobCo emerged as a company focused on helping manufacturers increase productivity, tackle labor shortages and bring Physical AI into real industrial environments. Today, we build our technology in Germany and the United States, with engineering teams in Munich, San Francisco and Austin. Our systems are deployed across Europe and the US. They combine modular hardware, no-code automation tools and AI-powered capabilities to deliver robotics that just works—robust, flexible and scalable for real production environments. Our mission is to build Physical AI for real factories, turning rigid industrial processes into systems that learn, adapt and scale at RobCo, you are not just joining a company. You are joining a movement to automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary.

Operating Principles
Play to win
We don’t settle for mediocrity. We dominate the category. We win the western world. We go routes nobody else goes. We set goals, overcome challenges and never give up. We work hard and play hard, experiment forward.
Listen and speak up
We collaborate to win. We show up with curiosity. We listen first, speak second. We amplify each other. We embrace diversity while unifying in commitment. We turn our differences into an advantage.
Prioritize harder
We make tough, uncomfortable calls. We focus and therewith win speed and impact. We experiment and cut down to what is working and scaling. We simplify to scale.
Serve the customer and the company
We sell the right products to the right customers. We take ownership for our customers and the company in our deliverables / commitments. We deliver true value. We empower customers, not just serve their needs.
Get it live
Focus on the outcome. Ship impact. Take care of handovers. We think and act end-to-end. We cover the full value chain. ‘Leaders-ship’ to role model.

Life at RobCo
Mona Hengler
VP Marketing
"What I enjoy most about RobCo is building with a great Marketing and SDR team and shaping real growth moments. You get to build things from the ground up and contribute to establish a strong brand in the market."
Steve Barsanti
Key Account Manager
"As the first team member in the US, I’ve had the chance to help build our presence from the ground up. We’re tackling interesting, complex problems with customers who are serious about automation, and that creates a lot of room to learn and grow. With the momentum we have right now, the opportunity in front of us feels significant. It’s an exciting time to be part of the team."
Zachary McIlvoy
Technical Program Manager
"As a TPM, I sit at the center of everything—bridging the gap between our engineering teams and the real-world needs of our customers. There aren’t unnecessary hurdles standing in the way; instead, you’re given the trust and ownership to make decisions that actually move the needle. It’s incredibly rewarding to take a project from a whiteboard discussion to a factory floor and see our robots solve a real problem."
Nenad Menga
Regional Vice President Central Europe
"My goal is not only to achieve targets, but also to create sustainable value for our customers, partners, and employees. To do this, I rely on a strong, diverse team in which openness, performance, and development are not just values on paper, but are lived out every day. For me, leadership means creating opportunities, taking responsibility, and working with our team to make a real impact—in a company that is shaping the future of the industry and encouraging each individual to excel."
Viktor Körmendi
Senior Production Technician
"Working at RobCo provides an environment that is both professionally and personally inspiring. It is particularly valuable to experience firsthand how an innovative robotic solution evolves from a technological concept into a functioning reality. The team operates at a high professional level and in close collaboration, creating space for development and personal growth. In this environment, I am able to create real added value while continuously learning and developing."
Felix Rößler

"For more than four years, I’ve had the opportunity to help RobCo grow - and just as importantly, it has helped me grow as well, challenging me to develop not only as an engineer, but also as a leader."
Jana Hönes
