About the role
XM is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen its global employer brand and shape how candidates and employees experience the company across different touchpoints.

Responsibilities
— Support the global rollout of XM’s EVP and develop its Employee Advocacy program.
— Create employer branding content and tell employee stories across internal and external channels.
— Lead employer branding initiatives for career fairs, university events and internal campaigns.
— Manage XM’s presence across employer branding platforms and the careers website.
— Run targeted social media and digital advertising campaigns for talent attraction.
— Analyse engagement metrics and candidate/employee feedback to measure impact and improve initiatives.

Requirements
— 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction or a related field.
— Experience developing employer branding strategies, ideally in a large international organisation.
— Strong content creation, storytelling, social media and digital marketing skills.
— Experience with employer branding tools, CMS and social platforms.
— Strong project management skills and experience working across multiple markets.
— Data-driven approach and ability to measure the impact of employer branding initiatives.
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
