• Lead a large B2C product area and several product teams;
• Develop the end-to-end user journey across profile, search and recommendations;
• Improve personalization and relevance to help users find the right opportunities faster;
• Define product strategy and priorities for the area;
• Own key product and business metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience as a Product Director, Director of Product, or Head of a large product area for B2C product;
• Experience managing several product teams;
• Strong background in large-scale B2C digital products;
• Deep understanding of user experience, search, recommendations and personalization.
