DIRECTION LEADER

TASKS
• Identifying opportunities to capitalise on innovation and "blue ocean" niches by leveraging the company's scientific centre capabilities and proprietary technologies;
• Shaping the product creation strategy, from initial idea through to market-ready solutions;
• Developing the product economic model and defending it with brand holders;
• Co-building the brand's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, which may include retail, e-commerce, and D2C channels;
• Forming and leading a cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery of new product launches;

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience collaborating with R&D on new product launches;
• Experience in brand management, ideally for a new brand targeting underserved niches;
• Experience working across multiple sales channels – retail, e-commerce (preferred), and D2C;
• Experience building communication strategies;
• Background in design and/or creative direction – a plus;
