- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or modeling
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL)
- Proficient in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
- Experience with predictive modeling and model validation
- Familiarity with marketing metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI)
- Experience with large datasets and data quality issues
