Hello, we are currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager. This will be a full-time, office-based work. Dubai candidates only, with a minimum of 5 years experience as CRM. Salary up to 20k AED, depending on skills and experience.
We are seeking for an experienced and strategic CRM Department Manager to lead our team in Dubai!
This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of CRM Specialists, own system performance, and drive the data strategy that influences customer retention and operational efficiency at a global scale.

We are looking for a mentor and a strategist who can empower our team and build the future of our CRM operations.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:
✔️ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM Specialists.
✔️ CRM Strategy: Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long-term customer value.
✔️ System Ownership: Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization.
✔️ Data Analytics: Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.
✔️ Innovation: Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
⚡ Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
⚡ Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.
⚡ Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency.
⚡ Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.
⚡ A natural leader with exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities.
