CMO / MARKETING DIRECTOR

TASKS
• Owning the development of the marketing function and traffic scaling;
• Identifying new effective traffic sources and growth opportunities;
• Working closely with the affiliate and operations teams;
• Increasing the volume of quality traffic and balancing growth with operational needs;
• Contributing to the development of the marketing strategy across international markets.

REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience as a CMO;
• Experience in iGaming / gaming / betting / casino is mandatory;
• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing / traffic acquisition;
• Proven experience in scaling traffic;
• Experience managing marketing budgets above $1M;
