🚀We are hiring | Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kontakt Home! Kontakt Home is looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who combines a strong financial foundation, ideally gained at a Big4 firm, with hands-on experience in a corporate business environment. We are particularly interested in professionals who have transitioned from Big Four into the corporate sector and successfully applied their analytical expertise to real business challenges, financial strategy, and operational decision-making. 💼Key Responsibilities: Lead the Finance function, including financial and management accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting. Drive budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting across the Group and its legal entities. Improve profitability through margin analysis, cost optimization, and effective financial control. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Lead ERP implementation and development, financial process automation, and reporting improvements. Ensure compliance with IFRS and the tax legislation of Azerbaijan. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team. 🎯What We’re Looking For: A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijani tax legislation. Practical experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives. Experience working in a multi-entity corporate structure. Experience in retail, distribution, or banking is an advantage. ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA qualification is an advantage.
