FINCA Azerbaijan is hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) FINCA Azerbaijan is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance and accounting function. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Management Team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, planning, and risk management helping guide FINCA Azerbaijan toward sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term resilience. Key responsibilities: 🔹 Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting (local standards, IFRS/GAAP) 🔹 Oversee treasury, liquidity, and cash flow management 🔹 Manage relationships with creditors, donors, and external auditors 🔹 Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk controls 🔹 Provide strategic leadership as part of the Management Team What we're looking for: Degree in Accounting (CPA/ACCA or equivalent required; Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within a financial institution Big 4 audit experience is a plus Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills Fluent English required Willingness to travel 20–25% For more information and to apply, visit: https://bit.ly/4iwweSm
