🌏Location: Poland, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine, EU

📚Role scope ● Design, develop, and maintain backend services and components in .NET Framework / .NET Core.
● Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
● Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization within on-premise environments.
● Define and enforce development best practices, architecture standards, and clean code principles.
● Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and drive ongoing technical improvements.
English Upper-Intermediate or above

📕Hard skills and qualifications:
● 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework and Core).
● Deep understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, networking (WCF,WebSocket, Multicast, Grpc) and system performance
● Experience with MSSQL, Redis, Kafka, Mongo, Postgress or similar technologies.
● Strong architectural understanding, including SOLID, design patterns, and clean code practices.

💥Nice to have ● Experience working with AWS
● Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes in hybrid environments.
● Knowledge of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
● Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integrations (plugins, workflows, APIs).
● Experience in Fintech / Capital Markets.
