About the role
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple business functions — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating the hiring process and supporting successful hires.

Role's Impact:
— Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions across the company.
— Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
— Conduct initial interviews in English and Russian and assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
— Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive candidates.
— Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, hiring requirements, and evaluation criteria.
— Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely progress throughout the hiring process.
— Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
— Coordinate interviews and maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
— Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
— Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate assessment methods.

What We’re Looking For
— Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
— Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
— Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
— Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
— Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
— Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
— Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
— Strong judgment and ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond their CV.

Nice to Have:
— Experience with international or remote recruitment.
— Experience hiring in the US, Canada, Eastern Europe, or the Philippines.
— Experience recruiting for professional services, accounting, sales, marketing, or executive-level positions.
— Experience working with ATS, CRM, recruitment databases, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
