Backend Software Engineer (Python, AI)

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer (Python, AI) 🐍🤖

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in backend design and development of production-grade applications
• Strong Python development skills
• Solid experience with SQL / databases
• Experience working with large-scale and scalable systems
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or integration with OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure
• Experience designing and maintaining robust, scalable server-side architecture
• Strong understanding of performance and scalability requirements
• Ability to take ownership of features from product design through deployment
• Experience integrating LLMs and vector-based solutions
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Would be a plus:
• Experience in Cybersecurity
• Experience with AI/LLM-based products and solutions

Location: Poland 🇵🇱
Preference: Warsaw
Office: Once per quarter
Duration: Long-term
