We're an English-speaking faceless YouTube project in the historical-storytelling
space (think Zenn, Barely Evolved). Looking to hire a motion editor to craft
10–15 min videos in a documentary style.

▸ YOU WILL:
- Animate / edit long-form videos (10–15 min) using After Effects / Premiere / DaVinci
- Build sequences from voice-over + script + reference videos
- Source / generate stock + AI assets
- Drop in music + SFX from Epidemic Sound / Artlist (we provide the subscription)
- Deliver thumbnail concept (1–2 options per video)
- Hit deadlines (1 video / week to start, 2/week as we scale)

▸ YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 1+ year of motion / video-edit experience (documentary or explainer style preferred)
- Portfolio link (YouTube / Vimeo / Drive — no login walls)
- Working English (text + occasional async voice)
- Available 20–40 hrs/week

▸ WE OFFER:
- $80–90 per video for the first month (trial), paid via USDT TRC20 on delivery
- $900–1,200/month SALARY from month 2 (based on speed + quality)
- Bonuses on viral hits (200K+ views)
- Long-term role as the channel scales (we're hiring 2 editors over 3 months)
