🚀 We’re Hiring: AI/LLM Backend Engineer (Dubai, UAE)

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (with occasional travel to Riyadh, KSA)
🏢 Company: Micronisus Systems
💼 Contract: 1-year renewable
💰 Salary: $4,500 - $5,500
⚡️Important condition: Candidates must be based in Dubai

What You’ll Do:
• Fine-tune & deploy LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral)
• Build AI workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Design RAG pipelines with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, ChromaDB)
• Develop backend APIs (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Deploy on AWS/GCP/Azure using Docker & Kubernetes

✅ Requirements:
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI/Django/async)
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings & RAG
• Experience with vector DBs & agentic frameworks
• CI/CD + containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud deployment & observability knowledge
• Multi-agent orchestration, LoRA/quantization, Streamlit/Gradio, enterprise security
