AI Agent Engineer (3 openings)

We're automating logistics operations with AI agents. You'll build the agents that do the work: voice, chat and workflow.

What you'll do:
- Design prompts, agent logic and tools (function calling)
- Write test scenarios to measure agent quality
- Review real agent conversations, find failures, fix them
- Connect agents to our backend systems with the dev team

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Python
- Built at least one LLM agent or chatbot (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude APIs)
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Function calling and RAG experience
- Good English

Nice to have: voice agents, multi-agent systems, evals tools (Langfuse, promptfoo), logistics experience, Uzbek/Russian
