3D Animator Generalist

Position: 3D Animator Generalist (Remote, Full Time)
Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 per month

At Navia Media, we are launching a brand new 3D animated Youtube channel built from the ground up and going all in. Our goal is simple: create content that people connect with, love and can’t stop watching.

We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D animator to become a founding pillar of our team.

🧩 About the project:
Faceless 3D animated educational entertainment channel. We're publishing 15-20 short videos per month, with high production standards and a clear visual identity. We are just getting started and want you to grow and thrive with us.

🎬What You'll Do:
- Animate highly engaging 3D mini-documentaries (25–35 seconds long)
- Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement
- Bring your own creative ideas; we want collaborators, not just executors
- Be a long-term core member of the team

📽What We’re Looking For:
- Portfolio with dynamic 3D animations
- Solid experience in Blender (or Maya / Cinema4D)
- Deep understanding of composition, pacing, and audience attention flow
- Creative, communicative, organised, and goal driven
