3D Animator / Generalist

Position: 3D animator/Generalist (part-time, per-video)
Salary:  $40–$60/video

BoBeast media is looking for a 3D Animator / Generalist to join a fast growing YouTube channel with  55,000+ subscribers and 200,000,000 + views. We are currently hiring 2 animators who have the opportunity to become full time animators in the future.

About the Project:
A YouTube channel producing short-form videos about video games. You will be animating characters from GTA 5 or Minecraft. In the last 3 months, we gained over 100,000,000 views and 30,000 subscribers. Our goal: 1 million subscribers in 2026

What You’ll Do: 
— Create engaging 3D videos (15–35 seconds long) 
— Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement 
— Develop a strong visual style inspired by Stayshorts 

• What We’re Looking For: 
✓ Portfolio with dynamic 3D animations 
✓ Solid experience in Blender
✓ Strong understanding of composition, pacing, and audience attention flow
