We are looking for a full-time 3D Animator / Generalist for an established YouTube Channel specializing in mini-documentaries about heists, prison escapes, and military coups like this:

Responsibilities
• Create engaging 3D mini-documentaries (30-60 seconds)
• Handle the full production pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, cameras, rendering

Requirements

Confident proficiency in Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
Excellent sense of camera work, pacing, lighting, and motion
Full-time availability: 10-15 videos per month
Clear communication skills in English or Russian
