We are looking for a 3D Animator / Generalist to join the YouTube team behind Tricked Entertain — a faceless channel making funny shorts about tricks to make money etc: https://www.youtube.com/@TrickedEntertain

About the Project:
We run a YouTube Shorts channels with strong systems, clear scripts, and a steady production pipeline.
Our goal is to get to 1 million subscribers by the end of the year, and we want the best animators to be part of that.

Your Role:
🎬 Create engaging 3D shorts (15–30 sec)
⚙️ Animate characters + simple environments
💡 Set up lighting, pacing, readable actions
📄 Work from scripts, VO timestamps & storyboards
📈 Produce 8–15 videos/month

Requirements:
✔ Strong 3D character animation portfolio
✔ Skilled in Blender (required)
✔ Good sense of motion, timing & composition
✔ Basic English for communication
