3D Animator / 3D Generalist (Blender) — Short-Form Animated Stories

We make short-form animated stories on YouTube, in the style of Art of War and Zack D. Films. We work exclusively in Blender and are looking for an animator who does the same, for a long-term position.

What you'll do
• Create 4–6 videos per month, each 25–35 seconds long — roughly one every 4–6 days
• Handle modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and camera movement — editing and everything after is handled by someone else.

Pay
• 120$ per video to start. Once we've done a few videos together and know the quality is there and you're reliable, we're open to moving you onto a monthly salary.
• A paid sample project is required — it's how we decide if you're a fit. You'll be paid $35 once you deliver it. We provide the script, the audio, and a shot-by-shot brief.

Requirements
• Blender: modeling, rigging, animation
• Dynamic camera work — we're not fans of static shots
• Quality over speed. We'd rather wait for good than get fast
• English and understanding is important, or the ability to follow video notes using a translator
