3D Animator / 3D Generalist

3D Animator / 3D Generalist (Blender) — Short-Form Animated Stories

We make short-form animated stories in the style of Art of War and Zack D. Films. We're looking for hungry Blender animators to work with long-term.

What you'll do
- Create 3D Shorts, 25–35 seconds long
- Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, camera movement
- Help develop a strong visual style of our own

Pay
- $120–150 per video, plus bonuses based on views
- Rate increases once we see the quality of your first few videos
- A paid sample project is required — I provide the script, the audio, and a shot-by-shot animation brief

Requirements
- Blender: modeling, rigging, animation
- Dynamic camera work — we're not fans of static shots
- English, or the ability to follow video notes using a translator
