Dominant Productions is building a faceless YouTube channel that brings history's wildest, overlooked stories to life through expressive character animation and cinematic pacing — the kind that makes viewers hit replay. Think channels like Agent Flappy: engaging storytelling with high-quality motion.

We're looking for an animator to join as a founding team member and grow with the channel from day one.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Adobe Animate
- Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and smooth motion
- Ability to lock into and consistently maintain a given visual style
- Organized, responsible, deadline-oriented mindset
- Bonus: understanding of American cultural nuances for authentic storytelling

What you'll do:
- Animate 4–5 videos per month (8–10 min each) using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
- Bring historical stories to life with expressive character animation
- Collaborate with an international creative team
