Art of Capital is a growing YouTube channel focused on finance, economics, and power structures — explaining how money and global systems really work through documentary-style storytelling. Target audience: adults interested in investing, business, and wealth dynamics. Goal: reach 150K subscribers by year-end.

We're looking for a 2D animator to bring ready-made scripts and voiceovers to life in a faceless explainer/documentary format (15–20 min videos, 2–3 per month).

Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Adobe Animate
- Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and smooth motion
- Ability to maintain visual style consistency
- Organized, responsible, deadline-oriented mindset
