We are a faceless 2D tech-comedy YouTube channel. We make short, funny, well-researched 2D animated videos that explain and poke fun at the tech world. We are hiring two animators to start and keeping the ones who do great work.

Responsibilities:
– Animate full videos from scripts, voiceovers, and storyboards
– Create simple character animation (stick figures and walking tech characters)
– Create motion graphics and clean app screens (dashboards, moving text, stat blocks)
– Send a rough pass for approval before final polish
– Follow the provided QC sheet and storyboard

Requirements:
– Clean, simple linework and good comedic timing
– Good at both character animation and motion graphics / UI
– Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
– Self-aware and keen to improve
– Portfolio or showreel

We offer:
– $70–100 per video
– View-based performance bonuses
– Proven performers move to a ~$500/month retainer for a reliable weekly slot
– Fully remote freelance work
– Flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met
– About one 7–10 minute video per week, split across the animation team
– Month one is a paid trial using real production videos
– Payment via USDT, PayPal, or bank transfer

About the project:
The style is intentionally simple: stick-figure characters, flat 2D visuals, clean app screens, and clear on-screen text. Art style reference: SiliconVersations. Animation reference: OverEasy, with smoother motion, good easing, and fluid key movements. Videos are typically 7–10 minutes long and released about once per week.
