We're building a faceless YouTube channel creating animated deep dives Agent Flappy style, but for sports icons: Jordan, Ronaldo, LeBron, etc.

🎯 Your Role:
🎬 Animate 4-6 videos/month (15-20 min each) from ready-made scripts and voiceovers
🎨 Build athlete likenesses in a 2D flat-character style
⏱️ Hold pacing and retention across long-form runtime
🔁 Maintain consistent visual style across the catalog

📝 Starting workload will be lighter (2-3 videos/month) as we ramp up.

✔️ Requirements:
✔️ 1+ year in Adobe Animate (or After Effects hybrid)
✔️ Portfolio with real character animation
✔️ Ability to replicate a reference style with discipline
