Your Role:
🎬 Animate 2-3 videos/month (15-20 minutes each) from ready-made scripts and voiceovers
🎨 Build recognizable athlete likenesses in a 2D flat-character style
⏱️ Hold pacing and retention across long-form runtime
🔁 Keep a consistent visual style across the catalog

Requirements:
✔️ 1+ year in Adobe Animate (or Animate / After Effects hybrid)
✔️ Portfolio with real character animation, not just motion graphics
✔️ Strong rhythm, staging, and smooth motion over 15+ minute runtimes
✔️ Ability to replicate a reference style with discipline
✔️ Organized, responsive, and deadline-oriented
