Hi!
I’m looking for an SRE / DevOps (TradeOps) to support and improve the reliability of production trading systems in a real-time, high-load environment.
The core goal of this role is to keep trading stable and reduce incident time-to-recovery through engineering solutions and automation.

❗️Important: this role is focused on reliability, production stability, and operations of trading systems, not on developing latency-critical trading algorithms or core matching engine logic.

📽 About the project:

An algorithmic trading company building its own latency-sensitive trading infrastructure for global financial markets. System reliability, fast incident response, and operational excellence are critical to the business.

👨‍💻 What you will do:

– Own the reliability of live production trading systems
– Participate in incident response, escalation, and on-call rotations
– Improve system stability through code-driven automation
– Build and maintain internal tooling for monitoring, observability, and operational analytics
– Perform deep Linux, systems, and performance troubleshooting
– Work closely with engineering teams in a mission-critical production environment

❗️What I’m looking for:

– 6+ years of experience in production engineering, DevOps, or reliability-focused roles
– Strong Unix/Linux skills with hands-on production debugging
_– Strong coding skills in Python or Go (expected to write production-grade tooling and automation)
– Experience with high-load or mission-critical systems
– Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana – nice to have
– English level B2+
